Rain forests are very important to our environment the water that if dropped evaporates and it makes rain for other parts of the world. The rain fall can reach up to 400 inches in one year.
The average temperature in a rain forest is between 70 and 85 degrees. Tropical rainforest are one of the oldest biomes on earth and therefor have great variety of animals living there. Most of the animals that live in this habitat live mostly on trees. Because of the amount of trees in the forest it is a big part of the cycle of the air that we breath.
